Land Auctions History
John C. Hutt, Jr. P.C. law firm is involved in several Land Auctions per year. The function of these events is to sell foreclosed or other available property within the Northern Neck. Since 2012, the firm has concentrated on three counties: Westmoreland, Essex and Richmond and one Town: Colonial Beach.
